ARC adds global leader – Above agency – to its interconnected offering
STOCKHOLM 2021-06-22. ARC consulting group continues its growth journey to create a Nordic digital transformation powerhouse by acquiring innovation agency Above. Above will become a new important piece in ARC’s interconnected client service offering and also bring a new competitive edge thanks to their world-leading position in their niche.
Above agency will be complementing the group’s competencies with their unique expertise within product and service innovation- where physical meets digital and design meets technology. They bring over a decade of expertise in innovative product experiences, delivering best-in-class solutions from digital products to physical experiences, and from vision to market.
With the acquisition, the ARC group will grow from 420 employees to 500 employees and from 600 MSEK in net revenues to close to 700 MSEK in net revenues (FY 2021 forecast).
